I don't know if I'd say mad, exactly... more, ah, distressed... [He's not going to say anything about crying, but, well.] There are things that should be said, but I don't think that's the same as saying that they should be said without care.

Especially to someone with a sensitive spirit.

I understand why Xue Yang has his perception of what happened, and why Xiao Xingchen's understanding of events would be hard for him to consider. Especially as I don't think he wanted to.

I usually wouldn't have pointed that out to him. Not like that. I don't think the truth is necessarily useful, just because it's true.
