He's very protective. For your sake, I wish that he was better at listening to wishes of the people he wants to protect. Especially when you already have to deal with the effects of the death toll.
I have some tea that can help some with the pain, but don't put yourself out. It would be poor help if the headache is made worse instead.

Shen Wei has his powers back. He could freeze Sephiroth, murder not required.
